The Quality Care 2020 Portal is being released in January 2020.
The Portal will help you to connect with the Quality Care 2020 changes.
Pre-registration to the Quality Care 2020 Portal is available for all pharmacy owners now until 1 December 2019.
Features of the Quality Care 2020 Portal
The Portal will give you access to account management, assessment management and the Knowledge Hub.New features include the ability to:
- Add or amend pharmacies & contact details
- Pay invoices
- Declare specific pharmacy services to prepare for accreditation scope.
- View assessment outcomes from 1 July 2020
- Provide post-assessment responses & evidence from 1 July 2020
- Manage extension requests all in the portal.
Pharmacy owners will be able to give other people access to the Portal from January 2020.
The Quality Care 2020 Portal will host a new Knowledge Hub, including the Quality Care 2020 requirements and links to useful resources.
The current Knowledge Hub will close on 6 January 2020 and will only be available in the new Portal.
Are you being assessed between 1 January - 30 June 2020?
Make sure you have access to the Knowledge Hub resources by pre-registering for the Portal.
Complete the pre-registration form now before 1 December 2019 for access from January 2020.
Successful Registration
Pre-registration is currently only open to pharmacy owners. Each owner of a pharmacy is encouraged to pre-register to gain first in access.
Details in the form must be accurate or your pre-registration won’t be processed. Your pre-registration must also use an individual email address as this will become your username.
Generic email addresses (eg info@mypharmacy.com or pharmacyname@mypharmacy.com) will not be accepted for pre-registration.
Once you have pre-registered you will be notified via email. You will receive your log-in details when the Portal is launched in January 2020.
Complete the pre-registration form now before 1 December 2019 for access from January 2020.
