New Requirements under Quality Care 2020

Quality Care 2020 - New Requirements

Quality Care 2020 will be used for QCPP accreditation from 1 July 2020.

A new set of QCPP Requirements is one of the changes under Quality Care 2020. The new QCPP Requirements will reflect contemporary industry standards and support continuous improvement and innovation in pharmacy.

The new set of QCPP Requirements is now being finalised in order to give you plenty of time to prepare for your assessment under Quality Care 2020.

Publishing the New QCPP Requirements

The QCPP provides community pharmacy with a framework for high quality, safe and consistent professional services, business functions and customer care.

We are keen to ensure that Quality Care 2020 is delivered in a way that allows you to make the most of this framework, including and beyond accreditation purposes.
