PSA DMMR Guidelines

 

Domiciliary Medication Management Review

 

Guidelines have been developed by the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia for use by pharmacists providing medication management review services in the community. They are designed to assist pharmacists to exercise their professional judgement in specific presenting circumstances and to promote a consistently high quality of service delivery.

 

In order to gain full appreciation of the background to and requirements of the service funded by the Commonwealth, these guidelines should be read in conjunction with the ‘Domiciliary Medication Management Reviews Service Implementation Module’ which has been developed and endorsed by the Medication Management Review Implementation Steering Group.
