The
Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) is an industry-developed
quality assurance program developed by the Pharmacy
Guild of Australia with the assistance of other industry stakeholders.

QCPP is administered by the Guild through its Quality Care Pharmacy
Division located in Canberra, Australia. The Guild itself is an
organisation that represents the interests of community pharmacy
proprietors through Australia.

QCPP
is a Program that raises the standard of customer service in individual
pharmacies across Australia - providing an industry-wide guarantee
of retail service quality and professional practice.
