To make a complaint about any aspect of QCPP please forward a letter outlining the issues you have identified to:

Any written complaint lodged about the QCPP will be subject to investigation, provided the details of the complainant are disclosed.  All complaints relating to standards will be investigated by an appropriate independent party and a written response provided.
