


In January 2011 we invited our Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP) accredited pharmacies to participate in a pilot study of customer feedback surveys conducted by internationally regarded health care surveying specialists Client Focused Evaluations Program (CFEP). Beginning in the first quarter of 2012 we will once again be supporting our member pharmacies to participate in a second round of expanded customer surveys.
The results are intended to provide you with valuable feedback and insights to help build your business and improve your level of service. CFEP will once again collate the survey data and you will receive de-identified data regarding what your customers think of the service received and suggestions regarding use of the data to help you achieve improved results in your pharmacy.
There is no cost to your pharmacy to participate in the survey, and it should be noted that participation can also assist you in meeting the requirement of Element 6, Action 1 of the QCPP Standard, “ensuring the business model/mix is responsive to consumer requirements and market pressures as well as internal business circumstances”. There are 1100 places available for participation in the survey. While places are available registration will remain open until 28 February 2012.
